My credit card number is correct, but it was not accepted. Why?

There are some possibilities as follow:

The card expiration date was entered incorrectly.
You have reached your credit limit.
There was a computer error.
Your Visa Verified password / MasterSecure Code was entered incorrectly.

We currently accept Debit/Credit cards from Visa, Master, Amex, Dinner Club, …. You can make the payment via Secured payment gate providing by PayPal or Onepay.

How safe for my credit card details?

We do not store and do not know any information of your credit or debitcard details. The payment is processed through secured payment gate from third party such as PayPal from USA or OnePay from Vietnam.

When do I have to pay for the approval letter of Vietnam visa?
