  • A portrait photo (4x6cm): The applicant should be looking straight and not wearing glasses.
  • Passport data page: The full page, including photo, personal details, and ICAO lines.

On a laptop or computer, click on the white button labeled “Tiếng Việt” at the top right corner of the page and select English. If you’re using a mobile device, select the icon with three lines at the top right corner and do the same.

Once the page reloads in English, find the red button labeled “Submit application” and click on it.

Please note: The registration code is crucial for checking and printing your e-Visa. Also, note that no email notifications will be sent regarding the e-Visa results.

Step 10: Pay the E-Visa Fee 

The e-Visa fee is US$25 for a single-entry or US$50 for a multiple-entry. You can pay the fee on the application status page by clicking on the “$Billing” button.

Remember, the e-Visa fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.
