Proceed directly to the main immigration hall. Present your valid passport and a printed copy of your e-visa to the officer. Be prepared for potential queues during peak travel times.

After clearing immigration, check the overhead screens for your flight number to find the correct baggage carousel and collect your luggage.

With your luggage, proceed through the Green Channel if you have nothing to declare, or the Red Channel for declarable goods.

You’re all set! Exit into the arrivals hall to find your transportation and begin your Vietnam adventure.

Present your passport from a visa-exempt country. The officer may ask for proof of onward travel (e.g., a flight ticket out of Vietnam). Standard queues may apply.

Proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your belongings after passing through immigration.

Walk through the appropriate customs channel (usually Green if you have nothing to declare).

Welcome to Vietnam! Exit the terminal to find taxis, buses, or pre-booked transfers.

This is your critical first stop. Do NOT go to main immigration. Submit your Visa Approval Letter, completed NA1 form, passport photo, and cash (USD/VND) for the stamping fee.

Warning: This area can have very long queues, and there are NO ATMs available here.

Once your visa sticker is in your passport, proceed to the main Immigration checkpoint for your official entry stamp.

After the immigration stamp, go to the baggage claim hall to retrieve your luggage.

With your bags, clear the customs checkpoint.
