Visa Exemption Agreement Between Vietnam – Albania

On September 29, 1956, both sides agreed to exchange notes, which became effective on October 1, 1956. The notes related to visa exemption for individuals holding diplomatic and official passports and collective passports on official duty. As per current regulations, Albanian citizens who hold diplomatic passports and official passports are allowed to stay in Vietnam for 30 days without a visa.
