It’s also possible to obtain a copy directly from the website of the Vietnam Immigration Department. Just type-in the registration code that will be given to you and you will be able to download your e-visa. Save a copy on your mobile phone or laptop and print a copy to bring on your trip.

If after three business days, you still have not received an email about your visa, get in touch with the Vietnam Immigration Dept. Make a follow-up of your visa and find out what’s causing the delay. Although Vietnam e-visa will take only a few days to be processed, there are instances where the processing could be delayed.
