How Vietnam Visa on arrival work?

Just 4 simple steps and your Visa is available to pick up at Vietnam airports

Step 1: Fill out the secure online application form online

You are required to enter the exact personal information of the applicant(s): Full name – Date of birth – Nationality – Passport number – Date of arrival and Type of Visa: 1- 3 months with single or multiple entries

Step 3: Get approval letter and prepare for getting visa stamped on arrival

  • Print out the letter and the entry and exit form
  • Complete the form NA1 (fill, sign & attached photo). Photo guide.

Put all above mentioned things along with your passport in a package, then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports.

Step 4: Get your visa stamped upon arrival

Upon arrival to Vietnam International Airports (Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi City, Da Nang Airport in Da Nang City, Cam Ranh Airport in Nha Trang City or Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City), you present all things in the prepared package (passport, visa approval letter, 2 passport sized photos, the exit and entry form and stamping fee) to the Immigration officer to get your visa stamped.
