So after you have printed a copy of your e-Visa, all you need to do is to fly to Vietnam. As you arrive at the airport, present your e-visa copy along with your passport to the immigration officer.
Once you received your e-visa copy through email, just download the file and save it on your computer. Print a copy to carry on your trip to the country.
When you arrive at the airport, go straight towards passport control. Hand over the visa along with your passport to the Immigration officer. When you receive a stamp on your passport, you can then go to the luggage section to claim your bags and get out of the airport.
Take note that the e-visa is a single entry visa. It will only allow you to stay in the country for a maximum of 30 days. You can choose to have it extended but you must do it while you’re still in Vietnam and have an agency to sponsor you.
