In a nutshell, here’s what a Vietnam e-visa is:

  • The Vietnam e-visa is a single-entry visa.
  • It is valid for single entry and will grant you a stay of 30 days from the date of arrival to Vietnam.
  • The visa must only be applied online and there’s a processing fee that can be paid with a credit card or debit card.
  • It will take around 3 business days for the visa to be approved, but there’s also an option for rush processing.
  • The e-visa must be printed and will be presented at the immigration officer along with the passport.
