What Procedure For Vietnam Visa Renewal

To apply for a visa renewal at the Vietnam Immigration Office, here are the procedures to follow:

1. 👉 First, you need to fill out the Vietnam visa renewal application form. This form is available to download online. But you can also get this form from the Vietnam Immigration Office. Make sure you fill out the form completely. Provide the correct details about your passport and make sure you type all information correctly.

2. 👉 Next, submit the form to the Vietnam Immigration Office near you. The staff will check the form and will collect the fees. After you make a payment, the staff will advise you to wait for their call once your renewal application has been approved. It will take about a week for Vietnam Immigration to process your request. If you have not heard from them in a week, you better call the Immigration Office for a follow-up.

3. 👉 Once your visa renewal application is approved, you need to collect your passport from the Immigration Office. Check your passport, and you will find in there the new visa sticker that will indicate the new duration of your stay in Vietnam.
