1 Visa to 6 countries in Mekong River

On 19 of December, in Hanoi, Forum of Great Mekong subregion on tourism discussed plans to simplify customs and immigration procedures, as well as bilateral visa exemption entirely between countries.

Accordingly, if it were built successfully for common visa among countries, you’ll only need to ask one type of visa to travel six member countries of the Mekong sub-region. The countries participating in the forum include China, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia are expected to develop and put into common visa application from 2015. Thailand and Cambodia are currently the two countries first signed an agreement to pilot this model.
