If your status shows:
– “Under payment” status: it means that your payment has not finished yet although your application has been completed.
– “Under Processing” status: this status shows that your visa application is being processed. Please just wait until it finishes and do the next steps.
– “Finished or complete” status: Your visa application as well as your approval letter has been finished successfully and the approval letter already send to your email address, please check your email including Spam Box or Junk Box, otherwise please send email to info@vietnamimmigration.org for asking resend the approval letter.

From 1 Jan, 2015, the new law on Entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam will be taken effect. Following this new law, Vietnam Immigration law will have some changes.
