Visa Exemption Agreement Between Vietnam – Argentina

An agreement signed on September 14, 1999, between the Governments of Vietnam and Argentina exempts visa requirements for diplomatic and official passport holders, effective from November 13, 1999.

  • Visa exemption is granted for holders of official and diplomatic passports with a temporary residence of up to 90 days.
  • Members of diplomatic missions, consulates, and international organizations, along with their family members holding diplomatic or official passports, are exempted from visa requirements for a temporary stay of 60 days. However, during this period, they must complete all the necessary procedures at the competent authority of the receiving country. It’s important to note that this exemption does not apply to private service staff.
