Visa Exemption Agreement Between Vietnam – Bolivia

Agreement between the Governments of Vietnam and Bolivia on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic or official passports. Signed on September 25, 2012, effective from March 9, 2018:

  • Visa exemption is granted to holders of diplomatic and official passports for 90 days starting from the date of entry.
  • Members of diplomatic missions and consulates and their family members holding valid diplomatic or official passports are exempt from visa requirements for the duration of their mission.

On October 25th, 1993, Vietnam and Belarus signed an agreement regarding visa exemption for diplomatic and official passport holders, which became effective on November 24th, 1993. Diplomatic and official passport holders are exempt from visas.

On September 9, 2010, the Governments of Vietnam and Azerbaijan signed an agreement exempting citizens holding diplomatic or official passports from visa requirements. The agreement became effective on August 21, 2010.

On June 8, 2012, the Governments of Vietnam and Armenia signed an agreement on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and official passports. The agreement became effective on October 11, 2012.

On September 29, 1956, both sides agreed to exchange notes, which became effective on October 1, 1956. The notes related to visa exemption for individuals holding diplomatic and official passports and collective passports on official duty.

According to the Agreement between the Governments of Vietnam and Algeria on visa exemption for citizens holding diplomatic and official passports. Signed on June 30, 1994, and effective from January 2, 1995.

According to the Agreement between Vietnam and Afghanistan for visa and passport exemption (signed Dec. 28, 1987, effective Feb.
