Vietnam, for instance, has to impose travel restrictions by closing its borders, canceling flights, and suspending visa issuance.

During the height of the coronavirus pandemic from March 2020, the travel and tourism industry has been badly disrupted. In order to stop the spread of the virus, airlines have to cancel flights and some countries have stopped accepting foreign visitors.

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak, Vietnam has decided to temporarily suspend the issuance of visas last March 2020. This is applicable to all foreign nationals including the citizens of Norway.
