Vietnam, for instance, has to impose travel restrictions by closing its borders, canceling flights, and suspending visa issuance.

From March 2020, countries around the world have scrambled to contain the rapid spread of a deadly virus known as Covid 19. Because of this, some world leaders have decided to close each of their respective borders by temporarily shutting down their airports and canceling flights.

During the height of the coronavirus pandemic from March 2020, the travel and tourism industry has been badly disrupted. In order to stop the spread of the virus, airlines have to cancel flights and some countries have stopped accepting foreign visitors.

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak, Vietnam has decided to temporarily suspend the issuance of visas last March 2020. This is applicable to all foreign nationals including the citizens of Norway.

In order to curtail the spread of coronavirus, also known as Covid 19, Vietnam has temporarily stopped issuing visas since last March 2020. The suspension of visa applies to all types of visas and affects all foreign visitors, except for special reasons, such as diplomatic visits.
